Excellent Espresso & Gourmet Coffee
Our beans are micro roasted to perfection as soon as they get off the boat in New Orleans and shipped to our location within 24 hours. Plus, our espresso is roasted right here in Mississipi. You just can't find fresher beans anywhere in town! Fusion specializes in hand-crafted espresso beverages – with Baristas who actually create the drinks the "old-fashioned" way (unlike those fully automated machines used by the big national chain).

Mochaccino, Frappes and Fruit Smoothies
Our frozen drinks have been called "best in town," and that reputation is well-earned! We offer a dazzling array of frozen coffee options – from the classic Heath Mocha to the decadent Cookie Crumble Frappe. And for those times when you don't want coffee at all, our all natural fruit smoothies are a tasty treat. Made from all natural fruit puree, these ice-cold smoothies can be combined with a Nutritional Boost for that extra kick.

Whether you need a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack, Fusion pastries will satisfy any craving. We have muffins, giant cookies, gooey cinnamon rolls, scones, and bagels. Or satisfy your sweet tooth with one of our specialty desserts.

To round out our menu, we offer plenty of beverages for the non-coffee drinker including: Mighty Leaf Hot Tea, Iced Tea, Coca-Cola and Pepsi products, Minute Maid Fruit Juices, and bottled water. So Fusion is a great place to stop for a snack...even if you're not in the mood for coffee!
